"I can't remember any of the creator's names unfortunately apart from Jenifer Toksvig. I absolutely adored her and she made every single workshop or rehearsal situation feel really special. They will always stick in my mind and I learned so much from her."

Mercury Musical Developments (MMD) hold writing seminars for musical theatre writers at the Actors' Centre in London. Jenifer leads a wide range of craft seminars on everything from prosody and scansion, to writing for young people, to identifying your own unique creative voice.

For drama colleges including the Royal Academy of Music, Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and Guildford School of Acting, Jenifer leads seminars on the process of writers working directly with actors in the development of new work, and on the collaborative-creative process in general.

She has also lead sessions as creative practitioner for YMT:UK, and participated in workshops with visiting directors at Guildford School of Acting to explore the process of developing new writing in a rehearsal situation.

She is currently kicking off the Month of Sundays creative writing course: craft sessions for writers held at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA), arranged by ChrisGradyDotOrg.

Jenifer is a member of Musical Theatre Higher Education UK (MThe:UK), a network of institutes and individuals who teach all aspects of musical theatre in UK higher education. In conference with MThe:UK she has presented some of the techniques of her work in the development of new material, and the process of collaboration.
